Simple. No hidden fees.
Standard pricing models used in the industry often include expensive upgrades and hidden fees. So, we looked to deliver predictable total cost of ownership (TCO), offering upgrades included in a simple annual subscription. Done right, the TCO can be as little as 5% of your traditional system. We understand that everyone is looking for value without an oversized budget, so our simple pricing model is based per “asset unit”.
An asset unit is a collection of connected physical entities, such as a platform and associated wells. The list price for a small, simple asset unit starts at an annual subscription of GBP£30,000 per annum and can rise to GBP£90,000 per annum for a large scale, complex, asset unit. There is no up-front licensing fee. Typically, discounts to list price are available for clients deploying the platform to multiple assets.
This represents tremendous value, given that it includes all application support, database management and maintenance, updates, security, backup, failover, storage and processing, as well as the application software. With a traditional model, a much less flexible solution is likely to have licensing costs as well as hardware and software provision, and then require staff to be available to manage the system.
It's not just about value, though. This pricing makes it easy to bring the EnergySys Cloud Platform’s power to the key people within your organisation. Nobody else offers production allocation in this way, at this price point, or has the ability to deliver such rapid geographically dispersed deployment.
Full telephone and email support is included in the subscription, as are our regular, seamless product upgrades. There’s no long term contract and no complex licensing or deployment process – you are not tied in. Your data remains your data and free for you to exit easily, should you want to. Our clients work with us because we provide a great service, not because we’ve locked them in.
As it’s in the Cloud, there’s no hardware to buy or maintain, no software to license, install or patch, and no backups or disaster recovery infrastructure to worry about – we really mean ‘no hidden extra costs’. New subscribers can be added with appropriate roles as you go, and you can readily expand or change your assets as they come on-stream through your web browser. It’s easy, flexible, and powerful.
We are happy to share details about how our customers are using and building on the EnergySys Cloud Platform, as well as to demonstrate to you and your colleagues exactly how powerful that platform can be.
