For teams who want complete control over the project and the budget, in-house implementation is straightforward.

All you need is a subscription and one person who has completed our five-day configuration bootcamp. After that, your own domain experts build what the business needs, using skills they already have. If the logic works in a spreadsheet, it can be built in EnergySys.

New configurators typically reach working proficiency within three months. Teams coming from other enterprise platforms often ramp faster.

No development team required. No IT project to manage. No vendor to call when something needs changing.

If you need support with implementation, our reseller partner network offers expertise across the full range of EnergySys deployments.

Our partners set their own rates, own their intellectual property, and grow commercially with every EnergySys deal they deliver. We do not compete with them for services. That means when you work with an EnergySys partner, their interests are aligned with yours, not with ours.

Many partners bring ready-to-use template applications that accelerate configuration for common use cases. They can handle the full implementation, provide ongoing configuration support, or act as first and second-line support for your team.

Global system integrators and advisory firms also work with EnergySys directly. There is a growing ecosystem of organisations that see the platform as a natural fit for their energy sector practices.

If you already have a supplier you trust, you can bring them to EnergySys. We provide them with the training they need to get up to speed quickly, and they can deliver the implementation on your behalf.

If they find the platform as useful as most do, they may even want to join the partner programme.

Upgrades are included. Always.

Every EnergySys customer runs the same version of the platform, updated automatically. Your configuration lives in metadata, entirely separate from the product code. That means upgrades deploy without touching your configuration, and there is no upgrade project to manage, ever.

The cost of staying current is zero. It is included in your subscription.

As an EnergySys customer, you get access to:
