EnergySys is delighted to announce a strategic partnership with Kelton, becoming the first licensed reseller of the Kelton Common Calculation Library (KCCL).
KCCL was originally developed as a common calculation library for Kelton’s own flow measurement consultants, and has since become the backbone of FloCalc, their widely used desktop calculation software. It’s one of the most comprehensive libraries of calculations available to flow measurement engineers, with every calculation verified and kept up to date with full traceability to the latest standards, and its accessibility significantly improves standardisation, auditing, and efficiency for the engineers who rely on it.
About Kelton
Kelton is an independent flow measurement consultancy and software developer for the energy industry, with 30 years in business, over 5,000 measurement audits, and more than 6,000 software installations. They’ve spent decades helping international and national operators stay compliant with industry regulations. Find out more about Kelton.
Iain Pirie, Managing Director of Kelton, said, “We’re delighted to be working with EnergySys. They’ve proven themselves an industry leader in cloud-native platform technology, providing a scalable, flexible, and configurable hydrocarbon management solution that we believe will make a real difference to the oil and gas industry. This partnership means more customers will now be able to benefit from Kelton’s extensive, verified KCCL calculation library.”
“This is a real evolution of our long-standing partnership with Kelton,” said Mark Truman, CEO of EnergySys. “We’ve worked closely together for a long time, and this agreement takes that relationship further. KCCL is a widely recognised standard for flow calculations, and by integrating it into our broader platform, we’ll be able to bring those benefits to our global customer base. We expect this to be the first of several initiatives with Kelton as we explore further integration opportunities across our cloud products.”
