They’re versioned to maintain a complete audit trail, and can be configured with a Status attribute (e.g., Provisional or Final) and let you lock data prior to specific dates to prevent accidental changes.

Screens: Smart by Default
Every Object automatically gets a screen for data entry, but it doesn’t have to stay basic.
Adjust visibility, set fields to read-only, add panels to show related data, and sprinkle helpful tooltips as needed. Easy, flexible, and tailored to each role.
Email Service: Data Delivered
Want to import data from attachments or send reports automatically? EnergySys’ Email Service has you covered.
It can pull data straight from emails (Excel, CSV, XML) or send out reports whenever you like, with scheduling or click-of-a-button control.
Connectors & Imports: Plug It In
Link up to SQL, OSI PI, IP21, or other systems with lightweight Connectors. Schedule them or run manually. It’s up to you.
Incoming data gets validated, transformed, and even triggers alerts if something’s off.
Calculation Processes: Excel Power, Automated
Build calculations using familiar Excel formulas. Run them, log results, and download logs into Excel for investigating or validating.
Run things in sequence, introduce new assets seamlessly, and re-run whenever you like, and without leaving the platform.
Reporting: Your Way
Choose your style:
- Process Reports: Created with Excel, tied to calculation runs, and can be emailed or stored automatically.
- Web Service API: Tap into EnergySys data via OData for Power BI, Excel, or any custom report tool you prefer.
User Roles: Tailored Access
Assign roles to control what users can see and do. Want a terminal operator to only enter data and view certain reports? Done.
