Office Manager (Remote, UK)

We’re on the hunt for an Office Manager to join EnergySys and keep our fast-growing team running smoothly. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be the go-to person for all things operations, bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to a business that’s scaling quickly.

This is more than a support role: you’ll be a trusted partner to the leadership team, helping them focus on strategy while you take ownership of day-to-day priorities. From coordinating compliance, people processes, and document management to managing software tools, events, and special projects, you’ll play a central role in keeping EnergySys moving forward.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience managing a remote-first office or business operations

  • Brings strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Can balance administrative precision with project leadership

  • Is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with senior leaders
