If you choose our ENERGYSYSTEM appliance then the support and maintenance fee is simply 22% of list price. That gives you hardware and software support, including email and telephone response, and annual updates of the software that will add great new features. What’s more, in return for a commitment to our support and maintenance service then we’ll replace your hardware every three years, guaranteeing a higher specification than you'd had before.
If you choose our ENERGYSYS Online option then your support and software updates are included as part of your low per user per month fee for the service. That's a really great deal, and underlines our belief in, and commitment to, growth in this market.
