We've designed the ENERGYSYSTEM appliance for customers who have the space and the inclination to host their systems in their own organisations. At the same time, we want them to experience the same simple, hassle-free experience that our online customers experience. We don't want them to worry about compatibility between systems, installation of different products, or having to optimise for maximimum performance. Everything should just work.

It's subscription-based, just like the online system. The only difference is a twenty-user minimum for subscriptions, reflecting the requirement for a dedicated solution.

We let you manage as many assets as you want, just like the online system. And as you add subscribers we'll make sure that you have the system capacity to match your growing needs.

When you order an ENERGYSYSTEM appliance you get all the software and hardware you need in one powerful package. You'll get hardware with oodles of storage and truckloads of memory, and enough processing power for the most challenging of assets. And it'll have plenty of redundancy built-in, and an accompanying support package that gives you four-hour response times for any faults that might arise. You'll get an operating system with unlimited client licenses. You'll get the full ENERGYSYS product stack, including a shiny new Oracle database and an integrated reporting engine. And if you maintain your commitment to support and maintenance we'll give you new software releases every year and an entire hardware refresh once every three years. Just to keep everything tickety-boo.
