As a new user of EnergySys you will have soon have access to great security features that will make the management of your account and applications simple. To do this, you will need to set up your password and add some security questions to your account.
This page will show you the simple set of steps that are required.
1. Invitation to Login
As a new user, you will be sent an email invitation with a link to set up your password. Click the link in the email to begin the set up process.
2. Set a New Password
Enter the new password and click Submit.
NOTE: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and must contain upper case letters, lower case letters, and digits.
3. Login Page
You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your credentials and click Login.
4. Create Your Security Questions
As this is the first time you are logging in to the new service, you are asked to supply the answers to three security questions. Select three security questions from the drop-down lists, and enter the answers in the boxes below each question. When you have completed all the answers, click on ‘Save’.
NOTE: There are tips for setting your security questions on the right hand side of the page.
5. Security Page
The account Security page will be displayed. Click on the ‘user’ icon in the top right of the screen and choose ‘Home’. You are now ready to launch any of the EnergySys services available to your account.
6. Logging Out
Once you’ve finished, you can logout of EnergySys by clicking on the ‘user’ icon in the top right of the screen and choose ‘Log Out’.
