With the latest release of EnergySys we’ve introduced some great new security features that will make the management of your account and applications much easier. Once the new release is live, you will need to update your password and add some security questions to your account.
This page will show you the simple set of steps that are required.
NOTE: If you are a new user and do not have an existing EnergySys account, please follow the New User Guidelines available here to set up your EnergySys account.
1. Login Screen
When you attempt to access EnergySys, you will be presented with the new login screen. To create a new password for the updated service click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link.
2. Enter Your Details
Enter your registered email address and click Continue.
3. Password Reset
An email containing a unique code will be sent to you.
4. Click the Link
Open the email and click on the provided link to continue the process.
5. Set a New Password
Enter the new password and click Submit.
NOTE: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and must contain upper case letters, lower case letters, and digits.
6. Login Page
You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your credentials and click Login.
7. Create Your Security Questions
As this is the first time you are logging in to the new service, you are asked to supply the answers to three security questions. Select three security questions from the drop-down lists, and enter the answers in the boxes below each question. When you have completed all the answers, click on ‘Save’.
NOTE: There are tips for setting your security questions on the right hand side of the page.
8. Security Page
The account Security page will be displayed. Click on the ‘user’ icon in the top right of the screen and choose ‘Home’. You are now ready to launch any of the EnergySys services available to your account.
9. Logging Out
Once you’ve finished, you can logout of EnergySys by clicking on the ‘user’ icon in the top right of the screen and choose ‘Log Out’.
