Okay, we know that visions and missions are a bit cheesy. But that doesn't mean they're not important.
Vision
Vision always sounds a bit grandiose to us, but we really do have a vision. We want our oil and gas customers to stop buying, installing, patching, and generally fiddling with software. Instead, we want them to buy software as a service, and we see a future where they will have no software in house, and everything they need will be delivered securely over the web. In that world, we aim to be the number one supplier of software as a service, measured by numbers of subscribers.
Mission
Well, given the vision, we need to start somewhere. So let's begin with what we know really well, and do better than anyone else: hydrocarbon allocation and production reporting. We've built the most configurable software ever and implemented an online service that makes software as a service a reality for this application area, and we aim to decimate the market for traditional providers within the next three years. Within this period we will be the number one global provider of hydrocarbon allocation and production reporting solutions, measured by the number of subscribers. Oh, and as an added bonus, customers will tell everyone that they love us and that they can't think how they managed before we turned up. That's it!
